Baseball Online Gear Sale Until March 12

The Lowellville Baseball Team will be sponsoring an online gear sale through BSN.  The sale will close March 12.  Please contact Coach Dougherty with any questions.  d.dougherty@lowellvilleschool.org If you would like to order something, you will have to include a player’s name, and that player will deliver the gear to you. OHSAA Mandatory Spring Sports Meeting Wednesday March 4th 6:00 pm

HS Baseball 5/6: Springfield 2 Lowellville 1 Jarrett Orbin struck out nine Lowellville batters and drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth. Vinnie Kacir drove in Lowellville’s lone run. Mitchell Seymour had three hits for Springfield.  The Rockets travel to Springfield tomorrow for a 5 pm start.

Lowellville 6, Western Reserve 3 LOWELLVILLE Ricky Cutter’s RBI single in the fifth broke a 3-3 tie and Matt Hvisdak’s two-out triple in the sixth added some insurance runs for the Rockets. Bryan Harris struck out eight over 61/3 innings. Micah Mamula-Zarlingo and Jake Rotz each had two hits for Lowellville. Mamula-Zarlingo had a double
